SOME METHODS USED IN THE EVALUATION OF SURFACE MODIFICATIONS

Some instrumental methods like; SEM, AFM, FTIR, XPS (ESCA) can be used for defining the surface modifications of textile materials. By these methods, some informations about surface and the  nature of modifications can be obtained.
